1. Overview

At Haptik Audio, we specialise in high-quality digital sound design products, including but not limited to sound effects libraries, sample packs, presets, and other downloadable audio assets (“Digital Products”).

Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a purchase has been completed and the product has been made available for download.

By purchasing from Haptik Audio, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a Digital Product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, account access, or email), we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Incompatibility with your software, hardware, or workflow

  • Lack of use or dissatisfaction after download

  • Failure to read the product description or system requirements

This policy exists to protect our intellectual property and prevent misuse, duplication, or unauthorised distribution of digital assets.

3. EU & UK Digital Content Rights Notice

In accordance with UK and EU consumer law, when purchasing digital content:

  • You explicitly consent to immediate delivery of the Digital Product.

  • You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once the download or access has begun.

By completing your purchase, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

4. Exceptions – Faulty or Inaccessible Products

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete

  • The product cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a technical issue on our end

  • The product is materially different from its description

In such cases, we will first attempt to:

  1. Provide a replacement file

  2. Restore access to the product

  3. Resolve the issue through technical support

Refunds will only be issued if a reasonable resolution cannot be achieved.

5. Requesting Support

If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or error messages (if applicable)

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes for downloadable products may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access to purchased products

  • Revocation of licenses

  • Permanent account termination

Haptik Audio reserves the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks with payment providers.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
